Choose according to the intended behaviour of the joint. Property class 8.8 or 10.9 alone does not identify the required system.

The designer specifies the connection category; execution follows the project specification and applicable EN 1090-2 provisions. An EN 14399 assembly alone does not make a joint slip-resistant: design and contact surfaces also matter.
