In the ESCOMATIC process, the cutting tools rotate around non-rotating material. Wire feeding supports repetitive cycles for small parts. CODEC uses both cam-operated and CNC machines.
Single- and multi-spindle machines support complex bar-turned geometries. The assessment considers required operations, surface accessibility and dimensional inspection.

CODEC describes scheduled inspections against a defined plan, using registered and calibrated instruments. Final inspection uses production samples; records may accompany the delivery or be retained.
Automatic sorting addresses predefined characteristics. Any 100% inspection must be agreed for those parameters; it is not a universal zero-defect guarantee.
Traceability: CODEC states that a material certificate accompanies supplied components. Specify the required certificate type and documentation in your RFQ.
