Standards, executions and application
Check the driving tool, head bearing surface and tightening requirements. Slotted, hexagon socket and hexalobular geometries are not automatically interchangeable. The head geometry entails reduced loadability. The leading zero in class 08.8 is significant: it is not equivalent to a full-loadability 8.8 screw. For stainless steel, also verify the loadability of the actual execution according to ISO 3506-1.
